These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website piscine-gonflable-enfant.fr

Article 1 - Products

The products offered for sale are inflatable pools and accessories intended for family use.
Descriptions are provided with the utmost care. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Article 2 - Price

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
The publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated and paid for.
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.

Article 3 - Order

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Order confirmation results in the formation of the sales contract.
An order confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment has been validated.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made online via secure payment solutions offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payment data is encrypted and secured in accordance with applicable standards.

Article 5 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order in mainland France.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 working days from order confirmation.
These delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on product availability and the carrier.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the customer can cancel their order and obtain a refund.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 7 - Returns and refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their original packaging and all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by the publisher or a defective product.

Article 8 - Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

Article 9 - Responsibility

The publisher cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products or failure to comply with safety instructions.
Inflatable pools require constant adult supervision. The publisher accepts no responsibility for accidents resulting from a lack of supervision.

The personal data collected during the ordering process (name, address, email, telephone) is necessary for the processing and delivery of your order.

This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy .

Article 11 - Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the client may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method.

Our inflatable pools are delivered to mainland France, some European countries, the United States and Canada within 7 to 15 business days after your order is validated. You will receive a confirmation email.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order under certain conditions. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us promptly at contact.piscinegonflable@gmail.com to request a modification or cancellation.

WARNING: No inflatable pool replaces adult supervision. A child can drown in very little water in a matter of seconds.
