Order tracking

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must:

not having been used
Please ensure everything is complete (accessories, instructions, packaging if possible).

Incomplete, damaged or used returned products will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days , via the payment method used when ordering.

Defective product or order error

If a product is received damaged or does not match the order, the customer is asked to contact customer service as soon as possible, attaching photos of the product in question if possible.

We will then find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order under certain conditions. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us promptly at contact.piscinegonflable@gmail.com to request a modification or cancellation.

WARNING: No inflatable pool replaces adult supervision. A child can drown in very little water in a matter of seconds.
