Terms of sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website piscine-gonflable-enfant.fr.
Article 1 – Products
The products offered for sale are inflatable pools and accessories intended for family use. Product descriptions are provided with the greatest care. Photographs are non-contractual and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed and paid. Shipping is free with no minimum purchase required.
Article 3 – Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Confirmation of the order constitutes the formation of the sales contract. An order confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment has been confirmed.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is made online via the secure payment solutions offered on the website (bank card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is due immediately when placing the order. Payment data is encrypted and secured in accordance with current standards.
Article 5 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, in mainland France and in the European and international countries served by our store (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours after payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary during periods of high demand, in the event of unforeseen logistical issues, or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier strikes or exceptional weather conditions. In such cases, Piscine Gonflable Enfant cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times and undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days attributable to us, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund using the payment method used for the order.
Shipping is free with no minimum purchase required. No additional fees are applied for standard delivery.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the payment method used for the order.
Article 7 – Returns and Refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their original packaging and all accessories. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error by the publisher or a defective product.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or used cannot be refunded.
Article 8 – Warranties
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product.
Article 9 – Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow safety instructions. Inflatable pools require constant adult supervision. The publisher declines all liability in the event of an accident caused by a lack of supervision.
Article 10 – Personal Data
The personal data collected when placing an order (name, address, email address, telephone number) is necessary for processing and delivering your order.
This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer may use conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
European Union Online Dispute Resolution Platform:
If no amicable solution can be reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
