Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must:

be returned in its original condition
not have been used
be complete (accessories, instructions, packaging if possible)

Products returned incomplete, damaged, or used cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure

Before any return, the customer must contact customer service by email at the following address: contact.piscinegonflable@gmail.com

Return instructions will be provided by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.

Defective Product or Order Error

If a product is received damaged or does not match the order, the customer is invited to contact customer service as soon as possible, preferably including photos of the product concerned.

We will then find an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
