Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be returned in its original condition.

Not have been used.

Be complete, including all accessories, instructions and, where possible, the original packaging.

Products returned incomplete, damaged or showing signs of use cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure

Return instructions will then be provided by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error or the product was defective upon delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If possible, include photographs of the product concerned.

We will then provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Unclaimed Parcels or Customs Refusal

If a parcel is returned to the sender because it was refused by the customer or not collected during customs clearance, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. Any customs duties or fees already incurred are non-refundable.
