Shipping Destinations

We ship our products throughout mainland France and to several European countries.

Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours after payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

The delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary during periods of high demand, due to unforeseen logistical issues, or because of circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier strikes or exceptional weather conditions. In such cases, Piscine Gonflable Enfant cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times and undertakes to keep customers informed as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free of charge, with no minimum purchase required. No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Customs Clearance

If your parcel is held by customs authorities, you will be notified by email. Customs duties, taxes or clearance fees may be requested by the local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Piscine Gonflable Enfant cannot be held liable for delays or charges resulting from customs procedures.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned in its original condition.
  • Not have been used.
  • Be complete, including all accessories, instructions and, where possible, the original packaging.

Products returned incomplete, damaged or showing signs of use cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure

Return instructions will then be provided by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error or the product was defective upon delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If possible, include photographs of the product concerned.

We will then provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
