These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website piscine-gonflable-enfant.fr

Article 1 – Products

The products offered for sale are inflatable pools and accessories intended for family use. Descriptions are provided with the utmost care. Photographs are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the actual product.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. The publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated and paid. Shipping costs are indicated before final validation of the order.

Article 3 – Orders

Any order placed on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Order validation constitutes the formation of the sales contract. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment validation.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online via secure payment solutions offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment data is encrypted and secured in accordance with current standards.

Article 5 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order in mainland France. Estimated delivery times: 3 to 7 business days from order validation. These times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and the carrier. In case of a delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a refund.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

The refund will be processed within 14 days following receipt of the returned product.

Article 7 – Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and all accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of error by the publisher or defective product.

Article 8 – Warranties

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). In case of non-conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product.

Article 9 – Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow safety instructions. Inflatable pools require constant adult supervision. The publisher declines all responsibility in case of accidents related to lack of supervision.

Personal data collected during the order process (name, address, email, phone number) is necessary for processing and delivering your order.

This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
