These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website piscine-gonflable-enfant.fr.
Article 1 – Products
The products offered for sale are inflatable pools and related accessories intended for family use. Product descriptions are prepared with the greatest care. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. The publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed and paid. Shipping costs are displayed before the final confirmation of the order.
Article 3 – Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Validation of the order constitutes the formation of the sales contract. An order confirmation email is sent to the customer once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is made online through the secure payment methods offered on the website (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with current security standards.
Article 5 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on product availability, the carrier, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, transport strikes or exceptional weather conditions. In such cases, Piscine Gonflable Enfant cannot be held liable for delays beyond the estimated delivery period.
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days due solely to our responsibility, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.

The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
Article 7 – Returns and Refunds
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, together with their original packaging and all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return results from our error or a defective product.
Article 8 – Legal Warranties
All products benefit from the French statutory legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by applicable French consumer law.
If a product is found to be non-conforming, the customer may request its repair or replacement.
Article 9 – Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow the safety instructions.
Inflatable pools require constant adult supervision.
The publisher declines all liability for accidents resulting from insufficient supervision.
Article 10 – Personal Data
The personal information collected when placing an order (name, address, email address and telephone number) is necessary for processing and delivering your order.
This information is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer may seek mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution procedure.

If no amicable solution can be reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
