What are the delivery times?
Our inflatable pools are delivered to mainland France, some European countries, the United States and Canada within 7 to 15 business days after your order is validated. You will receive a confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order under certain conditions. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us promptly at contact.piscinegonflable@gmail.com to request a modification or cancellation.
Are the swimming pools safe for children?
WARNING: No inflatable pool replaces adult supervision. A child can drown in very little water in a matter of seconds.
Essential safety rules
- Never leave a child unattended, even for a few seconds.
- Empty the baby pool after each use
- Use the pool away from stairs or dangerous areas.
- Learn first aid techniques
Can I return my pool if I'm not happy with it?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The pool must be returned unused and in its original packaging. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
